If you should choose to give us your personal information, you decide the amount of information you provide.

If you simply visit Michelleschimel.com and do not email, donate or sign up for newsletter services, the website does not collect any personal information about you.  When you do submit information MichelleSchimel.com, the information will only be used for the purpose in which the submission was intended, such as to keep you informed on the news and information about the progress of Michelle Schimel’s campaign, or to thank you for donating.  We will not sell this information to any third party, under any circumstances.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with an appropriate law enforcement investigation, current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

2) When you sign up for our e-newsletter or mailing lists:

We collect your name, contact information, and email address, and certain other information.  We use this information to send you the information you requested.  You may remove your email address from that subscriber list by visiting the unsubscribe page for that list, or by emailing campaign@michelleschimel.com
